Am considering using an air tighness membrane in a new build. Can anyone give me a feel for the costs involved for materials and also for installation. Is it priced per sq metre? This was not in the spec for the house so it will be an extra and I would like to get a ballpark figure for it to try and evaluate if it is worth…

€12 a sqM installed, was quoted on another thread by Sinnerboy here not so long ago. It'd be a rough figure for you to wrok off
