Hi, I bought my house 2 years ago. Current payment 975 less trs 173=802 +
    300 overpayment.

Q.? I just wondered would there be a change in the tax relief on the mortgage if my partner and I went joint mortgage joint owners?

    Thanks.

Yeah, but you might have to pay stamp duty, since you would be selling half the house to her.

    How does that work?
I was a 1st time buyer when I bought and she has never owned a property.
