I am in the process of licensing in technology from the US. The licensor requires me to take out "Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including Product Liability Insurance, ... providing minimum limits of liability of $5,000,000 ... covering claims incurred, discovered, manifested, or made during or after the expiration of this Agreement and must be placed with carriers with ratings of at least A- as rated by A.M. Best"

This is new to me. So I registered with "A.M. Best" and found 24 insurance companies in Ireland with A- rating, or better. I have no idea how to evaluate these, or what questions to ask. Any pointers?
