Tarragon mustard

    Or seeing as I got it in Fallon & Byrne, "moutarde a l'Estragon" :cool: I LOVE tarragon and I do like mustard, so I thought I'd give it a whirl.

    I made a white sauce yesterday for a chicken fricassé and mixed in some of this and it was really nice; subtle kick but well tasty!
    Great way to jazz up chicken leftovers. :)

    It may be Daft but I think what a Chap does with his Mustard in the privacy of his own castle is no Bodies business, once he keeps his pants and T-shirt on
