There are a lot of mobile phone price plans out there that give free calls to phones on the same network. The problem is that, its very hard to figure out what network a mobile is on now since people can retain there old number when moving networks.

I was wondering whether there is any way you can identify what network the mobile phone you are calling is on, other than asking the person you are calling?

    Thanks
