Can't login to MyBill

Bought my first iPhone on Friday, the 3GS 32Gb on contract. I was on PAYG before this.

I downloaded the MyBill app after reading such great reviews here! Whenever I try to login, it says that there's a login error and to check if the settings are correct.

I'm able to log into o2.ie through Safari using the same credentials.
It seems to be an app-only problem as I can login to EirText with no problems.
Under Account Info, I'm able to view my current bill and access manage extra services and these appear correctly.
I've changed my bll delivery method to paperless.
I've deleted the app from the iPhone and iTunes and downloaded it again.

Is there anything else that I'm missing?

I think I saw Vincent say on the O2 forums yesterday that the app doesn't work until after you've received your first monthly bill. Hopefully he'll come along at some stage at confirm that.

Unfortunately the error messages in v1.0 aren't very descriptive.

You'll need to complete one month's billing cycle before you can view all of the account info.

I'll be working on improving this in v1.1.

If you've any other questions or comments, let me know.

    Thanks,

    Vinny.

Thanks guys, will wait for my first bill and will report back then if it works.

The App is also dependent on the O2.ie website working correctly. If you cannot login online on their website, you cannot login using the MyBill or Eirtext apps as they piggy back on O2's systems. Unfortunately O2's My Account webs pages seem to be down a lot or extremely slow so this will effect these apps.

I've got the same issue, I get login errors on myBill but I can login on 02.ie. I ported to 02 on Friday so I guess it's the same reason!

I think you also need to have selected paperless billing!
