Panic attacks after breakup

    i feel so panicky at the moment - i feel like calling him to change his mind. What can i do to feel not so panicy and fed up???

    Can you call someone else, a friend or relative.
    You give no details so it's hard to give a proper opinion but calling in a panic may not be the best for you.
    Distract yourself with something else until you feel calmer and can think it through.

    Go for a walk and leave your phone at home. The urge to contact him will have passed by the time you get back...

    He is only a man (meaning a person) and no one is worth making yourself ill over... Try to remember that.
