My interview isn't until september so nothing til then...they recommended I go see my CWO. What happens there? I show up with all the papers etc yeah, but if I am entitled to JA will the CWO definately give me something? Is it a percentage of the JA or the whole lot? Really desperate. Help!

generally the cwo will assess you the same way the SW would and decides if you're entitled. if you are they will give Supplementary Welfare Allowance until you're claim is processed and the amount you recieved in SWA will be deducted from your back weeks.

What is the SWA likely to be? For example, if the SW eventually decides I'm entitled to €130 a week (tried to work it out, think that'll be it) then will the CWO give me the full €130? and will it be weekly?

i think they give you the full rate and then if you're actually only entitled to less they'll take it out of your back weeks. cause your back weeks will be from when you applied for the actual payment, whereas you'll only get the SWA from when you see the CWO so your back weeks will be more than you've gotten from the CWO, does that make sense?
this is how it worked with a payment of mine but it could work differently depending on what it is. sorry i dont know for sure!

ok... I applied two weeks ago, so if I go in on monday will he just start the payments from then and then I get those 2 weeks in September?
