azimuth and elevation settings.

I have a moteck motor and a 88cm triax dish on it.
I am in loughrea (53° 11' 49" North, 8° 34' 1" West),but i am having difficulty in getting the correct settings on the motor,plus the azimuth and elevation on the dish.
any help great thanks
