best place to buy warhammer 40k

    Hi my son has just got into warhammer 40k.And I,ve got roped into playing with him(use to play aaaages ago):D

    Was just wondering where is the best place to buy the models online/offline.

    Also he got one of the starter packs(warhammer 40k:assualt on black reach)
    and just wondered what he should get to get his first 2 armies together(space marines and orks)

    Depends on how much you're willing to spend, time, are you going to make & paint & model, etc.
    Ebay has people selling armies out already painted. Quality and price vary.
    Models inc on Dorset street has nice collections, they'll show yo uboth how to paint, model and play. they tend to be slightly cheaper than the Games Workshop shop themselves.

    As for what to buy...... You can get the Space Marine or Ork have large boxes of figures ranging from 75-250quid. Ask in the shop and they'll advise you

    Gamers World on Jervis street, should be a fair bit cheaper than gw on most things
