Setting up a tv signal with windows media center

Hey, im connecting my sky+ box to my tv tuner with an s-video cable. But when i try to set up media center to watch tv it continues to select "Aerial" as my input signal. And i cant seem to find anywhere where i can manually set that to s-video. What should i do?
