    It would be very easy to scrape that page daily and put it in a DB of some sort.
    I would probably use mysql or something rather than access, but it's very straightforward.
    Not a hard programming problem at all, unless they change the format, or otherwise implement measures to stop scraping.

    Depending what you want to use it for you might run into legal issues. For example the English Premier League fixture list is copyright and anyone publishing it (in whole or in part) needs permission. Now if you're collecting that info for your own purposes then all is good but if you are creating a shared public app (or worse again a commercial app) then the RP might have an issue with it.
