I work for a large company who due to the economy is looking at costs and right now the company are having their contract renewed but until then, we are expected to carry on regardless and if they do not win the contract, they imply that our jobs are safe and will be transferred to another company. I was okay with all of that until I heard that they will be moving one department to another country. I just feel quite upset because I am so scared of it happening to me.

I have been looking for jobs elsewhere but as we all know, there isn't much out there, I just feel very insecure right now
