Excel Help

    Im not sure if this is the right place but could anybody help me with this problem.

    Basically the attached excel sheet is an example of a sheet im trying to put together. There is a drop down menu at the top of sheet 1 beside "List". What I would like to happen is when you choose one of the options in that list the corresponding table from sheet 2 appears in the highlighted yellow section at the bottom of sheet 1. The hatched area will contain data that cannot be changed or moved. What sort of IF statement or formula could I use?

    Any help would be great
