    Hi All,

have braces, brush teeth at least 3/4 times a day after meals(sensodyne)
have one problem is that I like drinking tea.
I notice lower teeth are slightly stained, just under the brace, upper teeth brace is fine
just wondering is there any "special" toothbrush that can be used to clean that part of the lower teeth?would an electric toothbrush help clean more thoroughly?

    thanks in advance
    (I know,I know...drink less tea!)

Not too sure what you can do about the staining but I have braces, I have an electric toothbrush, I drink tea and my teeth are stained. So no, an electric toothbrush won't make any difference.

been there done that! its not fun! try just brushing your gums rather than your teeth and that should help a bit! the dentist will 'shave down' the teeth when hes taking off the brace so as long as your teeth were clean beforehand and its not too stained you'll be grand! :)
