Vandals smashing up cars

Over the weekend just gone I had the great misfortune to come across a group of teenagers who thought it would be fun to smash in my car windows!! I'm not sure what they got out of it but they were kind enough to leave an unopened bottle of beer for me on the passenger seat!! Anyway my problem now is that I can't source replacement glass and I'll be devastated if the car's declared a write off on account of broken windows!! If anyone has any idea where I might be able to find glass for a Toyota Cynos I would be eternally grateful.

Have you tried any of the UK clubs, there is usually a following for these type of cars. Other than that you night have to get them in from Japan if its a gray import.

    Scrotes

Id imagine it would be hard to source for that car..
Try Traynors up north - and as mentioned the uk forums - someone might point you in the right direction..
Do you have windscreen cover on your policy ?

Doesn't your insurance cover broken glass?

Is a case if the glass cannot be got or it is prohibitive the car would be considered a wright off by the insurance company.

Try breakers yards. They were quite a popular import in Ireland so there has to be a few around.

Try the vandals homes in the early morning. Cut out the shapes you require from their sitting room and bedroom windows :D

I've tried 26 different places so far today, may have found a couple of places that have the right glass. If any of you have trouble with parts in the future theres a breakers yard in Dun Laoghaire
    South side motor spares

They're alot more helpful than alot of the other places I called. Definately worth havin their number just incase.
