hi all

Im hoping someone might be able to help me on this

I bought a very, very well known .ie address last year (dont want to say which). However, the old company which it belonged to were bought out years ago, the domain lapsed and I snapped it and its 280 backlinks up!

Anywho, does anyone know if there is a way to obtain the Trademark or branding rights to this company. I feel I might not be able to as they more than likely belong to the company who bought them out

Any advice??
