Difference between womens and mens shoes?

I want to get some new Saucony Grizzly Approach shoes but cannot find the mans version at a site that doesnt want to charge extortionate prices.
The only difference I can see is that the colour strips on the sides are orange instead of red on the ladies version.

Is that all there is likely to be as a difference?

Possibly the width of the shoe as well.

Thanks HardyEustace, I was thinking there might be something like that in the difference too.
Anyhow, I found a UK store that ships for a reasonable price and has the mens version so have ordered.
