Ok I am alone here or there anybody else thing the luas is gone really downhill lately in terms of time schedules and worst of all safety theres junkies getting on at every stop and constantly bouts of trouble and theres not a thing being done, anyone with me on this?

Complain to them about it, i'm sure they can see it happening on the CCTV, but if nobody seems bothered, why would they lift a hand to stop it?
