Do you have experience with building? If not it would be foolish to attempt Direct Labour, imo. You need some face to face advice. Ask around, contact a good local AT and get chatting...:)

Hi poor Uncle Tom , thanks for your advice ...I have a base knowledge as my brother is a builder but would have limited contacts in the building trade in Ireland. Excuse the ignorance but does AT = architect ? ?
