TV3 & RTÉ Reception in Inchigeelagh, Co. Cork

I need a bit of guidance please. One of my friends lives 100 metres from a lake near Inchigeelagh, Co. Cork. TV3 reception is not available and RTÉ 1 and RTÉ 2 are very hazy as TG4. Any suggestions bar the obvious i.e. SKY dish. Thanks to all in advance for any help or guidance you can give me.
