Hi, Has anyone out there booked a villa through holiday-rentals co.uk this year and the villa turned out to be suspicious. Well it has just happened to me. We booked a villa in Spain and it turns out that the villa is potentially not there and we have lost our full payment - has anyone else experienced this:(

Check if they are bonded. Talk to www.aviationreg.ie and their UK counterparts.

did you pay by credit card? You may be able to ask for a charge back.
