    Any idea where I can find a program that tells me how much power my computer is using.

    Most UPS's have their own control & monitoring software or a lcd panel on the UPS itself detailing pretty much every electrical property you can think of going in and out of the UPS, all these figures are live.
    Getting the loan of a UPS would be your best bet and observe the power your PC is pulling through it.

    I dont think any software would be able to accurately do this, unless the BIOS specifically allowed for it - none that i know of.

    Best bet is to get one of these, and they come in handy anytime you wanna bitch to housemates about how much TV they watch and how little ESB they pay. f*cktards.
