VNC 3.1 running on XP SP3

    Hello

We have a server in our colo facility that we need access to from our office. We set it up so that one user will use RDP, while the 2nd user runs VNC 3.1 to access at the same time and they have the machines setup like this all day long. However, throughout the day the VNC user will be dropped while the RDP user remains up. There are no messages in the event viewer to say why VNC drops and it’s pretty random when the VNC user drops.

Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? We can’t upgrade VNC because 3.1 is the only ver. that will work with RDP simultaneously. I’m hoping someone out there has come across this situation and can offer some advice.
