    quick Q....

    had a look through my folder....

    has there been any issues since January 2007???

    i dont seem to have any beyond that date....


    and if not..... why not??

    have current regs gone beyond the abilities of homebond.. or is all their time taken up doing BERs on the cheap...??

    Never mind , question answered


    I have a couple of leaflets from Feb 08 in relation to energy effeciency but I dont seem to have gotten any since.

    They may well be focusing on their new BER enterprise and have less time for trivial issues such as construction advice and housing guarantees.

    It could also be due to the publication of the new Homebond manual which would have all the new info anyway - but that was published months ago.
