    hi could anyone recommend a place in dublin city centre to get my lip pierced?And roughly how much.Also do they supply a sleeper ring for the piercing,

    Yep, Snakebite or Celestial Ring. You can get a ring put in it if you want, although it's probably better to get a labret bar put in just while it's healing, as the ring moves around and it can irritate the new piercing a little bit and drag crusties into the hole.
