Looks like an A150 in case anyone wants to Google for a review (cannot find one)

List price is US$105 / GBP75 according to Amazon.

I have had 2 Fuji's in the past and they worked grand with excellent image quality / low noise / good in low light etc

I doubt it. In all likelihood it uses the crappy A-series sensor.
Which you could probably pick up cheaper.

Case appears identical to A100 in profile, dimentions and weight. Spec. as given by Lidl seems to be identical to the specs. given in the followingv two reviews. The A100 is reviewed here http://www.dpreview.com/news/0902/09020401fujifilmfinepixa150a100.asp and here http://www.megapixel.ie/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=10&products_id=190&osCsid=a8ef7835dc7cde3107eab5a2c653fb0d. If it is the A100 does it have a decent sensor and is it a good buy at €100?

    Lwith 17x combined zoom,
This is designed to confuse. The spec from dpreview reads '3x zoom and 5.7 digital zoom – total zoom range of 17.1' - which actually tells you something. That 'combined zoom' is fairly meaningless. Looks like they are trying to confuse the consumer. :mad

I saw a Currys summer brochure advertising this camera at €89.99, reduced from €199.99.

I called into the Galway store to check if it was still available but gave up after waiting to speak to a member of staff for about quarter of an hour, as usual.

I'm looking for a second small camera for everyday use, one that I can stick in my pocket. To my very untrained eye, this seems decent?
