Can anyone recommend a good beauty parlour in Dublin city or suburbs that does back waxes for men?
    How much does it cost?
    How long between each waxing?
Also, how much would it cost to have electrolysis done?

If you want to get rid of back hair permanently why don't you consider laser treatment? Its getting increasingly cheaper these days........ (Anywhere from €500 depending on how much to do............)

Sorry I cant help with the waxing but I'd advise you to do a phone around.

More information to be found at this and this and this and this

Personally, I say let it grow.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

You need dark hair and light skin for this.
