Prov License expired - advice on scenario please

    Hi,

    Prov expired, to get a new one I need to show I have applied for the test. Cant apply for the test without a valid license number. Vicious circle.
    What do I do?

    You need to apply by post in your scenario. Applying online requires a LP number. ;)

    CAn you apply for your 2nd one online if you have proof you applied for the test? if yes....what website is it?
