Roof Garden want to block wind

    Hi all,

    I have a roof garden which is on the 4th floor of an apartment block. Its a great feature but only for one problem and that is that it is quite breezy. I was thinking of getting some bamboo to try and block the wind but ive been told that bamboo isn't very wind tolerant? Any body have any suggestions? Just to note the plant would have to be in a pot.
