    Hi Guys

First time posting on here, currently a runner but trying to get into cycling too
I want to buy my 1st bike but dont want to spend too much at first (make sure i enjoy it etc...)
Anywho i came accross this one http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=25457

Just wondering what would a more experienced cyclist think of it?
    Can it be upgraded etc.

    Just the price seems great!!

    Thanks in advance guys!

Shimano Sora is the lower end of the Shimano gear, try to get something with tiagra gear, not lower. 105 is a step up again from the tiagra range but I think a 105 groupset would cost you more than that bike.

How are you going to know if it is the right size?

Looks like a good deal for an entry-level bike if it fits you. Solid entry-level Sora groupset. Bear in mind that you may need a small degree of self-assembly buying from CRC (adjusting brakes and gears etc.)

    thanks lads,

that was my next question, i am 6ft1in and wondering would the bike fit, it gives different frame size options and wondering which to go for?
The self assembly part should be fine, id be handy enough like that.

I suppose i was just wondering would it be worth buying or is it just a glorified toy?
