There was a post on boards a while back pointing to forums for people searching for information about Irish immigration. Apparently a lot of solicitors who specialised in this sort of thing post there. Anyone have the URL or link for that?

We are nearing the time of 5 years that allows us to apply for citizenship so we were looking to get a soliticitor that specialises in the same.

It might be this one, but I don't see why you'd need to pay a solicitor for this. Fill in the forms and send them off. No reason to pay anyone else to do that for you.

Thanks for the info, ur right, but we do have some issues which is why we feel we should hire out a lawyer for this.

Maybe INIS or GBIB might recommend some people

The Immigrant Council on St Andrews Street have a free advice service and do legal advocacy as well. I'd go there first to see if your case is really that complicated that you need a solicitor.

If you do, Kevin Brophy is the first that springs to mind.
