    Hi all

Ive went to the dentist today and he said I have to get root canal and crown treatment done. This is going to cost between 1500 and 2000 euro in Ireland and Im told it is not covered by medical card.

Does anyone have any options for me in terms of recuperating the money?

I was told you can apply to get some of the money back through a Med 2 form through social welfare?

Or maybe I should go to Northern Ireland to get it done?

Or will any health insurance cover it?
