    Hi,

Anyone contacted by DLRCOCO regarding affordable housing in Beacon, Wyckham point, Stepaside etc? Love to get some views on this. I am well down the list and not holding out much hope of actually securing an aprt in any of these developments.

    Cheers

well the way things are going you might just well be offered an apt in one of those places, many apt from A/H are still vacant. and if you go onto DLRCOCO website you will see which ones are available, why not ring the council & ask them what is the situation is. after all in recession times people are not buying, plus the apts are now close if not the same as the open market why buy from the council, why not buy on the open market?
