    Hi,

I'm currently undergoing a Direct Labour Self build in the North-East and we like the idea of Cream Sliding Sash Windows. We like the traditional look and cream is a particular requirement along with the usual U-values, K-Glass etc. I like the look of a wood windows but at the same time have a concern about the upkeep. We also have out internal window surrounds angled to allow us attach either solid or working shutter's....If there is anyone who has had an experience please PM me some details and any photo's would be appreciated. We are not too far from the North so either North or South is an option for us. About 30 windows in total,,, Had one quotation from Marvin which seemed crazy, Nearly 2-3 times what I had expected.

    Appreciate any information and examples.
