    If i buy a winniebago and start a new group of people called the travelling party people and drive to all the tourist locations around Ireland and drink and party every night and not work, will the government give me dole for my drink/fags/food and a place in all these locations to park me winniebago?

    I have heard the fugure of 39 years somewhere before too. There living conditions has to have a bearing on if for sure.
