    I'd say about 1 1/4
200c for 15 mins then 180c for an hour.
    From room temp.

Nothing worse than dry, overcooked, lean pork!

    A 1.2kg fillet? king kong esq pig:p

An hour, rest, slice, tin foil, back in for 5/10 depending. 180 is plenty hot enough, any hotter and you'll find the outside really browned, and the inside raw.

What are you serving with it, and what are you stuffing it with? what are you cooking it on?
