    Hi ani_mal,

I would recommend checking out TotalGard Corp. from Massachusetts. They also ship internationally. They provide some of the best night guards in the industry, which protect their patients from teeth grinding, teeth clenching, and bruxism.

Check http://www.totalgard.com and good luck .. pm me if you need any help.

    Thanks,
    Dave

Dave, that's lovely but to have a PROPER night guard you need to go to dentist yourself and they first make your teeth imprint, and then make you one to fit in.
so thank you for your kind help but I rather go myself and do it properly.

    ani_mal,

It is good to get advice from your doctor, but I can assure you that the mouth guards from TotalGard are created properly and are FDA approved. Also they do not boil their products.

Dave, isn't the totalgard product simply a one size fits all piece of flat plastic shaped like a small horseshoe?
Can you envisage any circumstance where they may do more harm than good?

    georgieporgy,

I thought the same when I first heard about the product. When I purchased the night guard from TotalGard, I tried it out and my teeth grinding had stopped and my pain was gone! I am only advising if you are looking to hold on to some money and still purchase a reliable product. Custom-made mouth guards from Docotors' can be fairly expensive. I also know TotalGard's products are FDA-approved and they use a material called "Monprene" (I asked before). Hope this finds you well

    Hi tbh,

My goal is not advertising .. I like to see it as sharing my experience with a great mouth guard provider and to help people with pain.

    Hi There

You would get one on ebay that you dip in boiling water to melt a bit and then fit it to your teeth for a perfect fit. It should cost you no more than 10 euros. other than that you local sport shop will have gum shields which are pretty much the same thing

on eBay some company from USA sells it. first they send you kit for making prints and then you have to send it back and pay again for shipment. it is all gonna cost the same as at the dentist around 100 euro or so. Waisting of my money.

Dave that is nice of you providing info, but my teeth aren't in straight order. I need to make teeth print first.I would be scared to spend my money for something I am not sure about.
    however thank you.

Anyone can send me something else on PM? thx..
