Warped timber doors - external

I fitted Polish hardwood patio doors to a new build a few months ago and the doors have since warped on top. They are now bowing into the room by about 10mm. This means that the 3 point locking mechanism doesn't work.

I had similar problems in the past with Irish hardwood patio doors and fitted a bolt at the top to pull the doors into the frame. the therory being that the doors, when closed for a long time, will eventually straighten up again.

Any ideaas on how doors can be brought back to straight? Advice appreciated.
