directors of a company

    Hi

    anybody know how to find out who the directors of a company are?

    I've checked on CRO but cant see directors listed anywhere

    You can get the details from the CRO but you will have to purchase a copy of the company's B1.

    Once you find the company via the search facility at http://www.cro.ie/search/ select either the "list company submissions" option.

    From the company submissions page look for a doc type called "B1 Annual Return" - among the info listed on this document will be the company directors at the last annual return date. You'll have to pay €2.50 to have the document emailed to you in PDF format....

    Assuming the company has been registered try looking for a document called the "A1 - Application to Register As A New Company" - this should show the directors at the time of incorporation
