    Just wondering if I could get some feedback on the latest interview with Sam Bennett I did for my new site - Interview Here there's also a PDF available of the interview with some photos.

    It's all about the cake... should be the title of the boards.ie cycling book... we should totally write a cycling book lads! Photo's of our trips, reports and writing of the history of this chapter in the cycling -there's a few writers around :)

    It's a very interesting interview - well done. Would you consider a bit more background in the introduction e.g. what club Sam is with, what sort of culture the club has, who the main personalities are there, whether or not cycling is "in the family" - that sort of thing? Just a suggestion...

    Great interview Junior. Laughed at the bit where Sam talks about experimenting in the league races. Along with many others, I've been at the receiving end of one or two of those experiments ! Last thing you want to see when you are swinging is Sam time trialling off the front with the rest of the bunch strung out behind... He knows how to bring the pain for sure.

    Will be interesting to see how he fares against the big boys at the champs next week. Are you heading up ?

    Aye - well if ye can get lads to stop taking the piss out of him for making daisy chains before the start ye'll get along fine. I don't think I'm going to make the nationals, It's my birthday celebrations on saturday.
