hi I just have a question about topping up my 3v card. Where can I go to top up the card? What stores? Are there any late night stores, eg: garages that can do this for me, I'm in the Dublin area and looking to top up now.

The list of top up locations is on their website. You're not likely to get anything at midnight though.
