Women in positions of power

Why are the majority of females in high-ranking positions, bosses in particular, such pains in the arses? It's something I've yet to fathom; is it the fact that they feel they got to where they are 'against the odds' and must treat those ''''''below''''' them like crap or what?

Just from my experience of jobs in the past, nearly all of them seemed to have a massive chip on their shoulder; I mean deliberately belittling staff for no good reason.

most women bosses cant handle being in a possition of power over men , they think in order to gain respect from ther male employees , they must stamp on thier balls everyday wearing a pair of nail boots , i had a female boss while working overseas over a decade ago ( think ally mcbeal meets hitlers mom ) and the experience working for that neurotic nazi was the most traumatic of my entire life and has emotionally scarred me to this very day , i have never worked for a woman boss since and never will again

Women bosses have to be harsh because no matter what clever stuff they come up with, they know that in every meeting the men are checking out their breasts.

There's a huge culture of women in the workplace (particularly in a corporate environment) who feel they need to be bitchy and aggressive to succeed. I've generally found though that women at the top are quite pleasant and approachable and that their bitchy understudies never make it up the ladder for that very reason.
