Picking up Tickets at Connolly

Does anyone know whether or not you need the card which you booked with to pick up tickets for the Enterprise at Connolly? I am going to Belfast but my parents will probably book the tickets on their card - do I need their card to collect them or can I get them with a pin number/booking reference? Thanks :-)

The last time I used it, either the card or the reference did the trick.
