Not recieving bill from chorus ntl

    I've a bit of a problem. About 8 months ago chorus ntl (cable, not digital) stopped sending us a bill, but have kept us on their package (ie, we still get TV). A few days ago however, they seem to have cut us off, yet they still haven't sent us a bill. Now I'm worried that eventually I'll have to pay the whole lot at once, plus some type of late fee. So I was wondering if I have any rights seeing as that I didn't receive the bill, and if I never go back to chorus, would I never have to pay it?
