    Hello All,
Just a quick question and before I ask, I do not mind having to buy an app twice, I am just wondering if I need to :)

There will be two iphones in our house pretty soon and they will both be running off the same PC etc. which leads me to the question of whether we will need to purchase each app twice. With songs I know I don't need to but I have no idea as to whether this will be the case for the iphone apps.

Anyone with knowledge or experience around this who can give me feedback would be great :)

    Thanks.

I'd assume if they're both syncing with the same iTunes then no, you wouldn't need to.

I'd understand app purchasing as a license to use that app on however many iPhones/etc as you like - much like when you pay for a tv license, you only need 1 tv, but you could have 300 tv's in your house for all they care.

I could be completely wrong btw - don't take my word for gospel :P

Nope, you're right. As long as they are synced to the same computer, you'll be fine.

Well I know when I synced two iPods from my computer it would put all compatible downloaded games on both, so I would assume it's the same for iPhone apps.

I have an iPhone 3G and my other half has a 2G! We both use the same a/c on 2 different laptops.

Usually i can't be bothered copying them over, so i just download them again for free on the second computer! Works perfect!!
