Hey I was given a present today of a holiday for my birthday. Ony problem is the flight is leaving early moday morning so i wont be able to call into the welfare office to tell them. I'm due to sign on wednesday. Will i be able to ring them monday and explain the situation or do you have to go in there in person??

A lot of offices aren't answering their phones.

Maybe send them a letter.
