Sex life going down the pan

    Hey. Really need some help.

Am married and very much in love with my OH. We have a great relationship love each other etc. But, our sex life is dwindling. And it seems to be because the longer we are together the more shy we become. When we were dating we used to leap on each other but now I feel I can't approach him anymore and he feels the same.

It's like we are veering into friendship mode and we don't want that to happen. We've tried making more of an effot but then it's not spontaneous and it feels forced.

You'd think when you're married you have all the time and opportunity to pounce on your OH but I don't and he doesn't. It's like we now have this barrier of politeness and shyness stopping us getting frisky with each other.

I really don't know what to do or why we feel this way. Is this normal? What do we do? Please help. We can't go on like this and we both really want to fix this.

I usually find the best way to break barriers is to talk about them. The worst is if ye are both conscious of this barrier - and both conscious ye feel uncomfortable talking about it.

Any agony Uncle/Aunt would tell you to try and spice up the sex-life.

Make a list of different/new things to try in the bedroom and make sure its both things you are looking forward too. That way you both can't wait to jump into the bed/bushes/bath to try them out.

There are plenty of things you could do.
