    Apart from the Citizens Advice Bureau, where would you be able to get free legal advice by phone?

    Yeah, do you think there's a bunch of solitor's who take calls from the general public for free? If you find them, let me know.

    Most solicitors do? Certainly if someone rings me with a problem I will tell them my opinion. If I think they have an actionable case I will try and get them in for a consultation, and if I think they don't have a leg I won't waste my time.

    I often tell people who ring about something small to go to the small claims court as well.
