any racers out there for the Pc that are like Need for Speed 2?

most games are now into "modding" their cars and street races, im just wondering if their are any racers out there that are like the old nfs2 aka european cars and some euro locations? oh btw i realised i just posted this in the wrong place, mods please move to video games thx
